In Finland, orders received in Itella’s system by 2 p.m. on a weekday (Mon-Fri) will generally be delivered on the next working day.

Postcards sent abroad will be delivered as Priority postcards in accordance with the terms of the Universal Postal Union (UPU).

You can send postcards using an application downloadable to your mobile phone.

Application features:

• Using your own images
• Using image bank templates
• Searching the addressee's information in the mobile phone address book
• A personal greeting (text with maximum 160 characters).

Remember that most images are protected by copyright law. The use of images other than your own is prohibited by law.

The recipient will receive a real, A6-sized paper postcard by regular post.

The cost of sending a Postcard on your mobile phone is EUR 1.90 per card. If you use your own images, the data transfer rate will be added to the price.

As the holder of your mobile phone subscription, you are responsible for all orders made using your number and for the related costs.

Postcards sent abroad will be delivered to the destination country in accordance with the terms of the Universal Postal Union (UPU).

Once sent, the card cannot be canceled.

Terms of delivery

The service is available for TeliaSonera, Elisa, DNA and Saunalahti subscriptions in Finland and also abroad wherever the local operator network offers an SMS service. The service functions in most mobile phone models equipped with a camera. You can test the compatibility with your phone by downloading the free application.

NOTE: Your mobile phone subscription must have a non-restricted data transfer connection for sending your own images. You can test the functionality of your data transfer connection by downloading the application to your phone.
