You can most affordably order the Moving Home and Holiday Mail services online. For example, a one- or two-week delivery interruption is up to 30% cheaper when ordered online. You should utilize our online offers now. Furthermore, if you order the services online, they will be implemented a little faster, and it is easy to order the services when you can pay them at the same time.
Ordering services online
The most affordable and fastest way of filing a change of address notification or ordering services is using the online service. Most of the Moving Home and Holiday Mail services can be ordered in the Posti Address Maintenance service. In the service, you can manage how your mail is delivered, order services, and maintain your contact information.
You can use the Address Maintenance service to file a change of address notification, order a temporary change of address or delivery interruption, and maintain your contact information. You can also send your friends an electronic notification of your new address in the service. If you like, you can give Posti your parallel address. The services subject to a charge can be paid when ordering.
The Nearby Mailbox service is available only by calling the Customer Service
Telephone service
IPosti also serves you by phone. You can place a change of address notification by phone by calling our Finnish language Customer Service at 0200 71000 or our Swedish service at 0200 27100. You can also order a Moving Home forwarding service from our Customer Service.
By calling the same numbers, you can also order a delivery interruption or place a temporary change of address. Both of these services are subject to a charge. You can also give a parallel address over the phone.

Ordering services using a form available at Posti offices
You can order Posti's services subject to a charge also using a form available at all Posti service outlets. In addition to placing a change of address notification, you can use the form to order the additional services subject to a charge, such as a delivery interruption or a temporary change of address.
A return envelope is provided with the form, and you must use the envelope to mail the form when you have filled it out as instructed. You cannot return the form to a Posti service outlet. The services subject to a charge cannot be ordered at any service outlet or sales outlet.
