The price of the Prepaid Home Delivered Parcel Service includes the packaging and delivery directly to the addressee, as agreed. Easy to send and easy to receive.

| Indications and Codes | You can select any box, bag or hard envelope sold by postal outlets as packing for the Prepaid Home Delivered Parcel service. The appropriate address labels are available from postal outlets. |
| Track & Trace | You can track items using the item code included on the address label. Information on delivery/delivery attempts will be available in the tracking system on the next working day following delivery. |
| Receiving | The service includes a phone call to the addressee in advance to agree the delivery time. If the addressee cannot be reached by phone, a call request will be left to agree on a delivery time. Delivery times: Monday to Friday 9am -9- pm. |
| Payment Methods | Cash. When addressees phone Posti in response to a call request, they pay the local network charge/mobile network charge for the call. |
| Delivery Terms | |
| Retaining | If the addressee cannot be reached after a contact request, the item will be kept in a postal outlet for two full calendar weeks following the week of arrival, after which the item will be returned to the sender at the sender’s cost. Only one contact request per parcel will be left at the recipient’s address. |
| Restrictions as to Content | If you are sending money, valuables, securities or anything else of value or fragile, tell the postal outlet counter staff or ask for more information from our Customer Service to ensure you use the correct service for your item. |
