Recording telephone calls and messages
Should the business or service transaction so require, Posti may record phone calls and messages for the purpose of verifying their contents. Recordings are used to ensure the rights and legal protection of customers and Posti. Recordings can also be used for in-house staff training purposes in order to improve customer service and enhance service quality. The recordings will not be used for any other purposes or submitted to parties outside Posti unless this is required by law.
